More Faith, Less Control

Let's Talk about Control...(i.e Lack of Faith)!

One of the major contributing factors to the increase in mental health issues is the belief that we have to control everything (often this is just overthinking)!

Control at this level is ultimately a lack of faith.

It stems from a belief that in order to feel safe / secure / validated, we must have full control (which is an illusion).

Some of the ways this can be identified:

* Overworking & cramming too much into a day (unsustainable approach).

* High expectations of self & others (& often feeling disappointed).

* Fears around finance (lack, scarcity mindset).

* Overly independent (fear of having to be supported by / trusting others).

* A focus on achievement at the cost of balance / health / true happiness / peace.

*.Feeling impatience & frustration (actually suppressed anger).

The thing is, it's so common!

Most people have suppressed anger & have no idea why.

Here's the thing,

if you had a taskmaster in your head driving you on all the time & telling you it's not enough,

would a part of you (who knows the truth about life) not get a little bit p!ssed off...?

My client picked these cards today.

I have over 50 decks to choose from (my passion lol!) & I intuitively used these two decks.

The client (who I respect & admire because they are willing to work on themselves, are courageous & inspirational) blindly selected the cards.

We had literally just been discussing techniques & strategies etc for the EXACT concepts that these messages relate to!!

I see this sort of synchronicity all the time, my life is full of it,

I believe it will happen, I know it is always meant to be,

I have no doubt about this whatsoever....so it works!

I have faith! I didn't for a long time, I had to learn how to develop it.

Faith is powerful!

So are my clients!

Ready to develop radical faith in life and your path?

Get in touch! Amanda :)
